Wednesday

20 minutes to establish your 1RM of the day in Deadlift

Metcon:
8 min amrap
2 Deadlift (use 50% of todays 1RM)
10 Box over jumps
4 Deadlift
10 Box over jumps
6 Deadlift
10 Box over jumps
…. as far as possible!

Thursday

Olympic: Jerk 1RM

Warm up well! You can use rack, boxes or blocks.

Friday

Metcon:
4 rounds for time
10 K2E
20 Jumping squats (10/5kg)
30 Double Unders
40 Lunges (10/5kg)

Saturday

TEAM WOD

Open doors 11-13
