3 x HBBS 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%
-then ME with third weight-
EMOM 15:
5 thrusters 35/25kg + amrap of burpees
start with 5 thrusters and do amrap of burpees for remaining minute.
Score is total reps completed (thrusters+burpees).
(If you cant complete 5 thrusters on every minute, workout is over)
