Tuesday

Weighted pull ups 3×5

EMOM 6:
alternate between (3 sets each)
5 strict ring dips (banded ring dips)
5 strict hspu (10 perfect push ups)

Metcon:
4 rounds for time
5 strict press @ ~70% of 1RM (from the ground)
5 strict pull ups
10 pistol squats (goblet squats)

Wednesday

Every 2 min for 12 mins:
2 x push jerk, 2 x split jerk

Tabata push ups (0:20 work, 0:10 rest)

Metcon:
30 thrusters 35/25
30 KBS 24/16
20 hang power cleans
20 front squats
10 pull ups
10 T2B
(all out sprint, try to complete these movements unbroken)
