Wednesday – Barbell complex max + metcon, olympic: snatch 1RM
Thursday – Team WOD, gymnastics 18:00
Friday – Deadlift 5RM
Saturday – Team WOD 11:00, Gradu presentation 12:30-14:00 (no mobility)
